1 cup fresh squeezed lemon, lime juice, or combo of both
1 cup monk fruit
1/2 cup warm water to dissolve monk fruit
6 1/2 cups cold water
Dissolve monk fruit in warm water. Add that to lemon juice. Stir well and add cold water. Serve chilled in pretty glasses or an old school pitcher like this 50’s iced tea pitcher.
Try adding herbs like lavender flowers, mint, lemon balm, basil or cilantro to it for an interesting twist.
