It’s finally here my new Cook Book

One of my fondest memories is learning to cook with all the many women that influenced my life.

Here I have put together a collection of recipes they passed down to me and many that I created in my own kitchen using the skills that they taught me. They are all delicious and most of them are easy.

I have made changes to many of them updating them with healthier ingredients. My grandma always said “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” Translate that into today’s language and you get “Cooking is a good skill that everyone of all genders should learn, and no, a microwave is not an oven!”
